Award winnig Nigerian singer and songwriter, Asa Elemide, globally known as Asa has released her first single, “The Beginning,’’ after a five-year break and interestingly in the first 15 minutes of release, thousands of fans have watched and are unsurprisingly delighted.
Asa revealed on Twitter that the single is the opening track off her forthcoming studio album.
The singer had earlier on her Instagram handle, @asaofficial shared her hopes that the song would be a worthy comeback that would satisfy fans after her five-year break from music.
The song is a melodious post-break-up song that details the residual love still between the warring partners.

Other albums released include: Beautiful Imperfection in collaboration with a French composer Nicolas Mollard, “Bed of Stone’’ released in August 2014 and the singer went on a world tour from 2015 to 2017.
