Keyamo Attributes His Redeployment to His Versatility

APC chieftain, Festus Keyamo has cited his versatility and readiness to serve in any capacity as the reason for his recent redeployment from the ministry of Niger Delta to serve as the new minister of state for labour and employment.

President Muhammadu Buhari had on Tuesday redeployed Keyamo, who was the minister of state for Niger Delta affairs to serve in the ministry of labour under Dr. Chris Ngige, the federal minister of labour and employment.

Tayo Alasoadura, who was the junior minister in the ministry of labour and employment, is now the minister of state for Niger Delta affairs.

In a statement via his verified Twitter handle, Keyamo thanked Buhari for finding him “versatile enough to move around”.

“ON THE MOVE AGAIN: TWO PORTFOLIOS IN TWO MONTHS! Just been redeployed to the Ministry of Labour and Employment to work with my long-time big brother, H.E, Chris Ngige. Thank you, Mr. President for finding me versatile enough to move around. Always ready to serve in any capacity,” he tweeted.

Reacting to his redeployment, some Nigerians on Twitter congratulated the minister on the new portfolio while others criticised him and the Buhari administration.
