Former Head of State Muhammadu Buhari, has been declared winner of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Presidential Primaries.
Buhari defeated Atiku and three others to clinch the Presidential ticket. He will contest for president alongside President Jonathan of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the 2015 elections.
Muhammadu Buhari, won the elections with 3430 votes, followed by Kwankwaso who got 974 votes then Atiku who got a total of 954 votes while the publisher of Leadership newspaper, Sam Nda-Isaiah got just 10 votes, making it obvious that the former military dictator has very Large follower-ship.
Meanwhile, Atiku took to twitter shortly after the elections to congratulate Buhari on his Victory.
