Enterprise Life commited to brokers’ business growth in 2023
The Managing Director, Enterprise Life Assurance, Mrs Funmi Omo, has reiterated the company’s commitment to help brokers grow their businesses in 2023.
Omo said this at the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB) December edition Members’ Evening hosted by Enterprise Life Assurance on Wednesday in Lagos.
She also said the insurance company would aid policyholders’ quest for a truly protected New Year.
Omo noted that the contribution of brokers to the insurance firm in 2022 was productive on its business, hence, the need for more patronage.
She appreciated the unique roles played by brokers not just as intermediaries but also as the insurers’ trusted business advisors and partners.
“We won’t stop asking for more patronage and indeed, more of your valued guidance and advice as we grow our portfolio and share of the market.
“While we are not unaware of the jostle for your attention and patronage, we came here with a difference and a sincere commitment to collaborate with you for mutually beneficial rewards,” she said.
“The insurance company’s mandate is to meet changing customer needs with new offerings, enhance interactions and build trusted relationships and strategic alliances,” she said.
Omo said the firm had fulfilled its mandate across various customer segments of which the brokers were a critical stakeholders.
She noted that the company had introduced a couple of new products into the market within the short time it started business in Nigeria.
She said: “The Family Care Plan helps provide a shield against the uncertainties of life and our Income Protection Plan guarantees income remains steady if life uncertainties happens.

In his address, the President of NCRIB, Barr. Rotimi Edu, commended the company for hosting the brokers and for its support to the council all through the years.
Edu, represented by the NCRIB’s Deputy President, Mr Tunde Oguntade, endorsed the insurer to its members for business and patronage, noting that the firm is a reliable patner.
He promised his members that the council would continue to look for better business opportunities for all its members.
The NCRIB’s president said the council’s team had intensified efforts to make its training more relevant, affordable and accessible.
“The council’s trainings were quite strategic after identifying in clear terms the immediate and future challenges threatening brokers,” he said.
