Tragedy struck at palmgrove in lagos state this morning when a BRT bus killed a pedestrian.
A man was hit this morning by a BRT bus at about 7:50am.
Our correspondent learnt that the man was about to cross the express way to the service lane where he could board a bus to work,when a fellow called out to him, he was about to turn when a BRT bus at top speed hit him and he died instantly.
It would be recalled that the untimely killing of a military personnel last year led to reprisal attacks and burning BRT buses by soldiers at around the same locations. the relevant authorities owe to public to constantly put their drivers in check, while pedestrians must learn to make use of the existing pedestrian bridges built at great costs across sections of the sprawling expressway
