Chelsea manager, Jose Mourinho says his side is ready to face any opponent in the quarter finals of this season’s Champions League. Chelsea last night defeated Galatasaray 2-0 (3-1 0n aggregate) to reach the quarter finals. The draw is slated for Friday and Mourinho is not troubled by his side’s potential opponents and will welcome the challenge.
“We wait for the draw. It doesn’t matter who. All the big candidates to win the competition welcome to any one of them. It will be good for our evolution as a team to play the best.” He said.
Other teams already in the quarter finals include: Defending champions Bayern Munich, Barcelona, PSG, Athletico Madrid, and Real Madrid. Other two quarter final slots will be decided on Wednesday night when Borussia Dortmund host Zenit Saint Petersburg and Manchester united host Olympiacos.
