FrieslandCampina, manufacturers of Nigeria’s No 1 milk brand Peak Milk has received an award for Most Enduring Milk Brand. Since its introduction into the Nigerian market over 60 years ago, the Peak Milk brand has continued to grow despite changing market dynamics. Peak Milk’s success is attributed to its quality dairy nutrition and creative rebranding strategies which have been deftly executed over the years.
The brand manager for Peak Chocolate, Ms. Gloria Jacobs received the award on behalf of the company, and thanked BrandPower for the recognition of their hard-work and dedication towards the brand over the years.
Other awardees in the FMCG sector include the Maltonic, Braveheart, Sona range of biscuits, Multichoice, Chikki Noodles. In the corporate category CBN Governor, Zenith Bank, First Bank, Nigerian Communications Commission among others were also recognized for their Brand Nigeria edifying contributions.
