The former NNPC boss has however denied ownership of the $38,000,000.00 (Thirty-Eight Million Dollars),N23,000,000.00 (Twenty-Three Million Naira) and £27,000.00 (Twenty-Seven Thousand Pounds) found in a four-bedroom apartment on the 7th floor of a residential building at Osborne Towers located at 16, Osborne Road, Ikoyi, Lagos.
Nnamdi-Ogbue’s laywer, Emeka Etiaba SAN has issued a statement saying that our Client, Mrs. Esther Nnamdi-Ogbue is as shockrd as many other Nigerians at the discovery of such huge amount of money which she was named as the Owner, she has however lauded the EFFC in their fight against corruption and urge them to keep up the good work.
