INTRODUCTION
Sona Industrial Gases Limited (SIGL), a member of Sona Group of companies was incorporated in October 2011. We have since become a leading manufacturer of industrial, Medical and Specialty gases, meeting growing gas needs in Nigeria. The company commenced production in the last quarter of 2011 having a 200cum/hr Air Separation Plant producing Liquid Oxygen and Nitrogen. SIGL carries out manufacturing operations with custom-made machinery and equipment at KM1, Ijoko Road, Sango Ota, Ogun State.
PRODUCT RANGE
These include Liquid Oxygen, Compressed Oxygen, Compressed Medical Oxygen, Compressed Medical Air, High purity Compressed Nitrogen & Liquid Nitrogen, Dissolved Acetylene, Compressed Argon and other Speciality Gases (helium, Propane, ACM, Hydrogen, Methane, Freon etc). We manufacture and supply a range of gases for nearly every industry and every use. We invest in meeting the needs of all industrial and medical gases users whether general/specialist hospital or operation of a large industrial and processing plant.
OUR COMMITMENT
Our commitment is reflected in our wide range of gas products. With the current facility, SIGL has already started to reach customers at different locations in Ogun State, Ibadan, Port Harcourt and Lagos State. SIGL invests heavily in research & development and we hope to achieve a breakthrough in manufacturing resources through our newly acquired plants, the Oxygen production plant, and CO2 production plant as well as the modified Acetylene production facility reinforced with well enhanced logistics upgrade via the acquisition of new cylinders and a new fleet of vehicles.
Since medicinal gases are classified as a drug, our production and distribution team are highly skilled and experienced, seasoned professionals in their respective fields. This has been responsible for our ability to handle a wide range of gases production, quality control, sales, distribution, and engineering design and equipment installations for various clients in compliance with ISO 9001:2008and OHSAS 18001:2007. We pride ourselves with the depth and experience of our team that comprises individuals with seasoned experience and exposure in Engineering, Manufacturing & Production, Quality Management and Distribution of gases. They have all had the benefit of working for multinational outfits within and outside Nigeria, and have also distinguished themselves in their chosen careers over the years.
