Securex West Africa announces speakers for 2019 exhibition, conference

Sucurex West Africa has announced its first batch of speakers for the 2019 exhibition and conference scheduled to hold from April 16 to 17, 2019, at the Landmark Centre in Lagos.

In a statement on Friday, it explained that the event was expected to attract more than 2,500 visitors, 85 exhibiting brands along with key industry stakeholders from governmental organisations and prominent industry associations.

Punch reports that the key industry experts expected to take the stage at the ninth edition are the Senior Special Advisor to the Minister of Interior, Aliyu Gebi; Chief Executive Officer of Halogen Security, Wale Olaoye; former Inspector General of Police, Dr. Solomon Arase; and the CEO, Goldwater and Riversands Consults, Capt. Aliyu Umar (retd).

The organisers said that a privately-owned company, Bulwark Intelligence Solutions Limited, signed up as a strategic partners to the event while this year’s conference has the theme, ‘National Security in a Boundaryless World: 21st Century Solutions to Nigeria’s Insecurity’.
