President Goodluck Jonathan will on Thursday rain the Naira on players and officials who won third place for Nigeria at the 2014 CHAN in South Africa. The team lost out to Ghana in the Semi finals on penalties but beat Zimbabwe 1-0 to win the third place match.
Head coach Stephen Keshi will get two million Naira while his assistant coaches will receive 1.5 million Naira. The players will each be one million richer. The team officials will also get 500,000 each.
