Increase investment: Aranse Enjoins industrialists

The IGP made the call when the Chairman/CEO, Lee Engineering & Construction Ltd, Dr. Leemon Ikpea visited him in his office to intimate him of the company’s intention to support crime fighting initiatives of NPF.
In another development, Arase has assured that Police will henceforth provide adequate security for medical and dental practitioners against any forms of threat or intimidation in the course of performing their legal duties.
The assurance was given when the Nigeria Medical Association led by its president Dr. Kayode Obembe paid a courtesy call on the IGP in his office at the Force Headquarters.
The President of the Association specifically made the request following series of security challenges confronting his members.
The IGP, in a release signed by the Force spokesperson, Emmanuel Ojukwu, further said security arrangement will equally be put in place to ensure the safety of their staff on hospital ambulances emergency services.
The forum was used by the police boss to state that commensurate remuneration will be given to Police doctors.
Obembe expressed confidence in the leadership of Arase.
