Emergency responders on Tuesday rescued two persons from the propeller, which was initially believed to be a helicopter crashed into a building at Oba Akran Road, Ikeja.
Mr Ibrahim Farinloye, Territorial Coordinator, National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) confirmed the incident to newsmen in Lagos.
Farinloye said that the occupants of the aircraft included two crew members and two male passengers.
Meanwhile, the responders said they would provide further information on the incident.

While speaking to newsmen at the scene of the disaster, the Permanent Secretary, LASEMA, Dr. Olufemi Oke-Osanyintolu, said that emergency responders were swift in bringing the situation under control.
Oke-Osanyintolu said there was no casualty recorded in spite of the fact that the plane crashed very close to a Petrol station.
He expressed gratitude to Gov. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, whose effort led to the formation of emergency responders at the grassroot level.
“The agency activated its disaster response plan to the crash which occurred around 1600hrs. The scene has been discharged at 1730 hrs.
“The helicopter, with registration number, 5NCCQ, was finally confirmed to contain 2 passengers and it has been safely removed from the road which is now free for vehicular movement.
“All Emergency Responders are now departing the scene. Further investigation to be carried out by NCAA,” Oke-Osanyintolu said.
Emergency responders at the scene included NEMA, LASEMA, the Nigeria Police Force and Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service.
There was pandemonium and tension in the Oba Akran Ikeja area of Lagos State, as yet to be identified light aircraft crashed unto a the busy Oba Akran Road and burst into flames.
BRANDPOWER reports that the incident happened adjacent AP Filling Station, and United Bank For Africa, Oba Akran.
According to eyewitnesses, the incident happened at about 3.30pm.
It was not clear as at press time if the pilots of the chopper survived. It was not also clear if there are other causalities, as rescue operation by first emergency responders is on-going,
Men of the Lagos Fire and Rescue Service are being awaited for further emergency operation to salvage the situation.
