Election Tribunal to deliver judgment on Atiku’s petition on Wednesday
The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja has fixed Wednesday 11th September, 2019 for the delivery of its judgment in the petition filed by candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, in the last presidential election, challenging the re-election of President Muhammadu Buhari.
The petitioner asked the five-man tribunal led by Justice Mohammed Garba to nullify President Buhari’s victory at the poll and either declare him the winner or order the Independent National Electoral Commission to conduct a rerun.
