EBOLA IN NIGERIA: SHOULD LIBERIAN GOVT BE SUED?

27 October 1956 – 19 August 2014
First Consultants Hospitals is reportedly contemplating suing the Liberian government for allowing Mr. Patrick Sawyer who they knew had contracted the Ebola disease to travel out of Liberia and export the Ebola Virus into Nigeria. Now Ebola has caused a national hysteria as the dreaded disease is slowly snuffing out life from very distinguished Nigerians including the late Dr. Ameyo Stella Adadevoh who led the team that attended to Mr. Sawyer at First Consultants.
Do you think First Consultants Hospitals, the bereaved families and indeed the Nigerian government should sue the Liberian government for criminal negligence?
